The Raleigh Show / Raleigh R. Pinskey
Phoenix, AZ
"Evolution of Soul 685" a One Woman Show
Written by Raleigh R. Pinskey
I can choose to be a rock star, pick my family, look like a goddess, have 85% chocolate forever? Shut up, get out, what a concept. And so the dilemma begins. To evolve or not to evolve becomes her mantra. How this plays out is the side- splitting saga of Soul 685.

Think of it, says the Angel of All Possibilities. 85% chocolate forever, free Sting concerts On Demand, and getting laid regularly.

Bad hair days abound when this heavenly resident accidently indicates on The Soul Satisfaction Survey an interest in moving from her mediocre, boring white cloud to THE BIGGER-BETTER-EVERYTHING CLOUD.

Kicking and screaming she reluctantly begins her journey to THE BIGGER-BETTER-EVERYTING-CLOUD via Earth, the roadmap to her evolution. Follow her educational forays from the womb at In-Utero University where she learns about sex, chocolate and rock ‘n roll. Chuckle and giggle to her demands of why was I born, why am I living, and why can’t I blame you for everything? Read my lips, you won’t be bored.

I saw this show in Los Angeles. It was great. Funny, entertaining and makes you think about life. I recommend this show to all audiances.

Ann  5 Stars!
What a beautiful experience. Very original and lots of fun. Should not be missed.

Doug  3 Stars!
a great beginning and ending, but the middle in-Utero U was not that interesting or ground-breaking -- a somewhat ordinary story of pregnancy I wish that some of the energy and imagination from the end could have been intertwined in more of the show

Dhiana  5 Stars!
Engaging. Especially the viewpoint of the fetus in the In-Utero University segment. The birth segment was so realistic. Thanks for a creative show.

Maria  5 Stars!
Each segment brought joy to my heart, each in a different way. Your journey moved me.

Suzy  5 Stars!
I couldnt stop laughing. And the In Utero piece gave me pause. I never thought that a baby had so much going on when in the womb.

Pat Fraley  5 Stars!
Unique show. Never saw a one woman show that told the story from before the earth experience and after the earth experience.

Clay Bravo  5 Stars!
Hilarious! Raleigh is so annimated. Content is divine.

Shireen  1 Stars!
seriously, how did this show get an overall score of over 4 stars? I really want to be able to be respectful to my elders and the heart that performers put into their offering - but this was a serious effort in self-indulgence.
